SKIRT: Outrageous Fortune (Love The Large Buttons HERE – On Sale!) | TOP: Mestiza New York (Similar Here) | SHOES: SheIn (Love THESE Pearl Mules!) | HAT: Brixton | SUNGLASSES: Sonix | RINGS: Vintage | ASOS |
Hello, Wild Pretty Things!
I have always been a fan of shimmer & shine. So when I first saw this forest green pleated skirt, it was love at first sight. I don’t usually wear long skirts like this, but it was so comfy and a dream to wear for brunch in Palm Springs. The way this skirt moves is the best thing about the skirt – Totally hid my bunch baby. Plus, it was super fun to move around as we walked around the desert.
Can we just talk about this top? When I saw this I had a flash of the movie The Devil Wears Prada where Meryl Streep’s character is shooting down one of the editors idea, ” Florals for Spring? Groundbreaking.”. But, a classic is a classic for a reason. One shoulder tops are always on trend, but this takes the cuteness to a whole new level. I love the way the ruffled sleeve falls across the front of the top – Adding the perfect amount of drama to the look. The colorful floral pattern mixed with this light pink background is my dream print.
I mixed this look with my new favorite Chanel handbag and these peal embellished mules make another appearance. It was pretty sunny for the trip so this fedora was perfect for walking around in the sun. A few more of the photos from brunch are below!
